• timing, location or accreditation preferences that materially affect provider fit

If paid sourcing proceeds, the output can include

• potential providers organised against the criteria you supplied
• factual capability, location, qualification and response information where available
• quotation / commercial status where practical
• open questions kept visible rather than converted into a false score or endorsement
